Mellifera
Mellifera is a non-profit urban organization that operates in three axes: environment, society and the arts. In collaboration with International Union Of Mail Artists, for 2018, organizes MAIL ART International Exhibition on "THE POST".
Mail art
Mail art is an art movement based on the exchange of small-scale artworks by mail between artists. It was first developed by the Fluxus movement in the 1950s and 1960s and continued to grow as a world movement to date. Materials usually used in mail art include postcards, paper, collages of recycled images and objects, seals, and more. Also may include music, sound art, poetry and anything that can fit in a folder and be sent by mail. Mail art is considered art from the moment it is sent. Mail artists are 4630 registered members from all over the world to date.
